How your order gets home, and what happens if something isn't right.
Getting your order
Collect in Singapore (free). Choose "Collect at Marina Square" at checkout. Your order is usually ready within 2 working days. Call or WhatsApp us on the number in your order confirmation to book a pickup time, then bring your order number to 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-308, Marina Square (Level 3, opposite the escalator, at JustCo). We hold orders for 14 days.
Outside Singapore. Write to hello@apawlogy.com with your country and what you'd like. We'll confirm delivery options, cost and timing before you pay. Duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the buyer. Devices run on USB-C and come with a cable; the plug head isn't included, so you can use your local adapter.
Where's my order?
Collecting? Your order is usually ready within 2 working days; book your pickup time by call or WhatsApp. For deliveries outside Singapore, we'll email you the courier and tracking number once it leaves us. Not heard from us within 2 working days? Write to us with your order number.
When it arrives
Please check your order the day you get it. Tell us within 7 days of delivery or collection about any transit damage, missing parts, cosmetic marks or a device that doesn't work out of the box. Photos or a short video taken at unboxing help us sort it fast.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return a device within 7 days of delivery or collection if it's unopened and unused, in its original packaging. Write to us first for a return authorization. Bring it back to us at Marina Square, or send it back at your cost.
What can't be returned once opened: filters, ice packs and other consumables, for hygiene.
Something wrong with your device? That's covered by our warranty, not a return. See the Warranty policy → for how to make a claim.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is collected or dispatched, for a full refund. Write to us with your order number.
Bought from a marketplace or a store?
Orders from our Shopee or Lazada stores follow that platform's return process. Bought from one of our partner stores? Start with the store. For anything about a fault, our warranty applies to devices bought new from us, our official marketplace stores or an authorized retailer.
