APAWLOGY operates as a hardware design house. We do not develop, own, or manage the software applications (Tuya / SmartLife) utilized for device connectivity.

• Technical Isolation: We do not possess the technical architecture to access, store, or monitor your pet's behavioral data, video feeds, or feeding logs.

• Third-Party Sovereignty: All data processing is executed within the third-party ecosystem (Tuya Inc.). Consequently, Apawlogy cannot provide "proof of data deletion" or "data logs" for information that never entered our sphere of influence.

2. Limitation of Demand (Impossibility of Performance)

• Non-Audit Obligation: You acknowledge that it is technically impossible for Apawlogy to facilitate "transparency reports" or "data audits" regarding third-party app usage.

• Waiver of Unsubstantiated Claims: By utilizing Apawlogy hardware, you waive any right to demand that Apawlogy verify the absence of data (proving a negative). We officially declare a "Data-Neutral" status regarding the Tuya/SmartLife ecosystem.

3. Data Disclosure & Legal Protections

• Strict Confidentiality: Apawlogy shall not disclose your commercial data (purchase history, contact details) to any third party, with the exception of:

  1. Explicit Consent: Where you have provided clear, written authorization.

  2. Statutory Requirement: Where we are compelled by a valid, enforceable warrant or court order issued by a Singapore Court.

• Rejection of Informal Demands: We categorically reject informal data requests from private entities, third-party legal representatives, or unsubstantiated individual demands unless mandated by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

4. Information Collected (Commercial Scope)

APAWLOGY collects only the essential data required for commercial fulfillment:

• Fulfillment Data: Name, shipping/billing address, and contact information.

• Secure Transactions: All payments are processed via encrypted gateways; we do not store financial credentials.
