During recovery from a heart attack, our founder rescued Mario, a ginger kitten who needed everything. He was at his lowest point, but in that moment, someone needed him to show up.

Through months of intensive care for Mario and later Smol, two rescued cats who became his anchor, the problems became impossible to ignore. Products that trapped food in unreachable corners. Bowls that strained their necks. Designs made by people who had never watched a fragile cat struggle for something simple.
