When an earlier generation leaves active sale, you keep the warranty and support that came with your purchase. We keep essential product knowledge available and plan ahead for filters and refills, so an older device is never a forgotten one.

Every device is covered for 12 months from delivery when you register it within 30 days. Write to us and we reply within 3 working days. We start with troubleshooting, which solves most connection issues without sending anything back.

Our warranty lists what isn’t covered, in plain words. We explain that the SmartLife app is run by a third party, and we publish the exact Wi-Fi settings our devices need, so you can check your router before you buy, not after.
