Setup
How do I set up my device?
Every device comes with a manual. Charge or plug it in, fill it, and pair it in the SmartLife app if it has Wi-Fi.
App
Which app do I use?
SmartLife, free on the App Store and Google Play. Create an account and follow the pairing steps in the app.
Wi-Fi
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Only for app features, and only on 2.4 GHz. Wi-Fi 6 and 7 routers work once the 2.4 GHz band is on and WPA3-only mode is off. AQUA Spring runs in radar mode and AQUA Titan runs on its own without any app.
Reset
How do I reconnect AQUA Spring to Wi-Fi?
Make sure your Wi-Fi is on 2.4 GHz. Tap the Wi-Fi icon on the battery base firmly eight times until the light blinks, then tap "+" in SmartLife and add the AQUA Spring that appears.
Filters
How often do I change filters?
AQUA Spring every three to four weeks, AQUA Titan every four to six weeks. Join The Anthology and we'll remind you.
Warranty
What's the warranty?
One year on hardware from the day it's delivered. Register your device so it's on file.
Rewards
How do Paw Rewards work?
