AQUA Spring
Before you start: You'll need your Wi-Fi password and the SmartLife app if you want drinking data.
-
Charge the battery base. Connect the USB-C cable and charge fully before first use.
-
Rinse everything except the base. The fountain lifts apart without tools. Rinse the tank, tray and lid under the tap. The battery base never goes in water.
-
Fit the filter. Seat the four-layer filter in its slot before filling.
-
Fill and assemble. Fill the 2.5 L tank with fresh drinking water, then reassemble.
-
Choose a spot. Place it where your companion rests, away from food and litter, with a clear approach so the motion sensor sees them coming.
-
Pair in SmartLife (optional). Make sure your phone is on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Open SmartLife, tap "+", and follow the steps.
How it runs: Plugged in, water flows continuously. On battery, the motion sensor runs the flow only when your companion approaches, for about 16 to 18 days a charge at around ten visits a day.
Care schedule
-
Filter: change every three to four weeks. Filter packs →
-
Tank and tray: rinse at every refill; we suggest a full clean weekly.
-
Battery base: wipe dry only.
Troubleshooting
-
Water isn't flowing. On battery, flow starts only when the sensor detects your companion. Plug in for continuous flow.
-
It won't pair. Check the router's 2.4 GHz band is on and WPA3-only mode is off. Then tap the Wi-Fi icon on the battery base firmly eight times until the light blinks, and add it again in SmartLife.
-
The light is red. Water is low. Refill the tank.
-
The pump stopped. It shuts off automatically when the water runs dry, to protect the pump. Refill the tank; if flow doesn't resume, reconnect the power.
-
No data in the app. Check the fountain is still online in SmartLife; drinking data needs Wi-Fi.
AQUA Titan
No app, no pairing. Plug in and fill.
-
Rinse the tanks and bowl under the tap before first use.
-
Fit the filter in its housing.
-
Fill the reserve. The 6 L reserve tops up the 5 L circulating tank on its own, so the water in use is always fresh.
-
Plug in with the included USB-C cable.
-
Refill from the top when the reserve runs low. No need to move the fountain.
Care schedule
-
Filter: change every four to six weeks. Filter packs →
-
Bowl and tanks: rinse at each refill; we suggest a full clean weekly.
Troubleshooting
-
The pump stopped. A low-water shut-off protects the pump. Refill the reserve.
-
Water looks cloudy or flow slows. The filter is due. Replace it, then rinse the bowl.
SAVOR Cool
-
Freeze the ice pack until solid.
-
Fit the frozen pack under the steel bowl.
-
Power the lid and scale with the USB-C cable.
-
Pair in SmartLife to set meal reminders (up to ten a day), see meal records and share access with your household.
-
Serve wet food into the 400 ml stainless steel bowl.
The two-pack routine: Freeze one, use one. Swap in the second frozen pack at midday for all-day coverage. Spare ice pack →
Care schedule
-
Steel bowl: lifts out; rinse after every meal.
-
Ice pack: wipe and return to the freezer after each use.
Troubleshooting
-
Food isn't staying cool. Each pack lasts several hours per freeze, depending on room temperature. In hot rooms, swap packs sooner.
-
Weight looks wrong. Remove the bowl, press Tare, then replace it.
KIBBLER 4
Shown here for waitlist Guardians; the full guide ships with the device.
-
Insert 4 × AA batteries in the base. They keep scheduled meals running during a power cut.
-
Fit the desiccant in its slot inside the hopper.
-
Fill with dry kibble between 2 and 15 mm. The hopper holds 4 L.
-
Plug in with the included adapter and USB-C cable.
-
Pair in SmartLife on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi by scanning the QR code.
-
Set the schedule: up to 12 meals a day, with portions set per meal.
Buttons: Double-press to serve a meal now. Long-press to reset.
Care schedule
-
Steel bowl: wash daily.
-
Hopper: empty and wipe dry between bags of food.
-
Desiccant: replace when it's spent.
Troubleshooting
-
"Food stuck" alert. Check the kibble is within 2 to 15 mm and clear the chute.
-
Wi-Fi dropped. Saved schedules keep running; the camera and app return when Wi-Fi does.
