FOR RESCUE PARTNERS & CAREGIVERS
You provide the facts.
We help them travel.

We welcome submissions from organizations and independent volunteers who are authorized to seek a new home or foster arrangement for a cat or dog.
What we need: a name or temporary identifier, species, gender and approximate age, honest notes on temperament and home suitability, 2 to 5 existing photos, and a private screening contact.

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes when your details are ready. We review every submission and ask for your approval before anything is published.

Routine on-site photography, custody and rescue services are not included. Submission does not guarantee publication.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT

1. You submit
Send the form above with basic facts, 2 to 5 photos and a private screening contact. You will see a confirmation on screen once it is received.

2. We review and prepare
We confirm details with you if needed, check photos for location clues and write a clear, warm profile.

3. You approve
We send you the final text and photographs. Nothing is published until you say yes.

4. Enquiries reach you
We receive Guardian enquiries privately, check them for completeness and consent, and forward them to your screening contact.

5. Kept current
When a companion's status changes, tell us and we update or remove the profile promptly. New enquiries for that companion stop.

Time, patience and a safe place.
FOR POTENTIAL GUARDIANS
Ask about the animal.
Not the address.
A safe, private first step.
We receive your initial enquiry, share only what you have consented to with the authorized caregiver team, and let them guide the screening process.
Choose a companion.
Every available profile shows a reference code, such as PF-0001. Include it so your enquiry reaches the right caregiver team.
Tell us a little.
Who lives with you, any animals at home, your experience and when you could welcome a companion. Nothing more at this stage.
Let the caregivers lead.
They review each enquiry against the animal's needs and decide whether and how to arrange an introduction. We do not publish locations or approve placements ourselves.
An introduction, not a reservation.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a companion or guarantee placement. Adopting or fostering is a serious household decision; please take the time it deserves.
When no companion is listed yet.
Our first profiles are still being prepared with caregivers. Until a companion is listed as available, the enquiry form below stays closed rather than collecting enquiries we cannot route.
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION

What we collect.
Only what an initial introduction needs: your name, contact details and a short description of your household and experience. We never ask for ID numbers, your address, income or photos of your home.

Who sees it.
Your enquiry is shared only with the authorized caregiver team responsible for that companion, and only with your consent. Partner submissions are seen only by the APAWLOGY™ team preparing the profile.

Your choices.
You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent at any time by writing to hello@apawlogy.com. If an enquiry cannot proceed, we will not keep using your details for it.
GUARDIAN ENQUIRY

Enquiries open with each listing.
When a companion is listed as available, the Enquire button on their profile brings you here with their reference already filled in. Until then, the enquiry form stays closed.

We ask only for the basics.
How to reach you, who lives with you and your experience with cats or dogs. No ID numbers, home addresses or photos of your home at this stage.

Your enquiry goes to the right people.
With your consent, we pass it to the caregiver team for that companion, who explain any next steps directly. We don't promise outcomes or timelines, because the right match matters more than a fast one.
The questions
that matter.
Before you submit
Who can submit an animal?
Rescue groups, foster networks and independent caregivers who are authorized to arrange the animal's placement and can confirm the information and photo permissions. Submitting does not guarantee a public feature.
Photographs
What photographs work best?
Recent, clear photos of the animal in natural light, taken by you or with the photographer's permission. Avoid anything that shows signage, building features, window views or people who have not agreed to appear.
Privacy
Can my name or organization stay private?
Yes. Your name and contact details are used only to coordinate with you. Profiles can be published without naming the rescuer, caregiver or organization.
Updates
What if an animal's situation changes?
Tell us as soon as it does. We update the status or remove the profile, and new enquiries for that companion stop.
Enquiries
What happens after I enquire?
APAWLOGY™ collects only the details needed for an initial introduction and forwards your enquiry to the authorized caregiver team with your consent. The caregiver handles screening and any next steps. Enquiring does not guarantee placement.
Availability
What if the companion has already been placed?
We update availability when the caregiver notifies us. If the status has changed, the profile no longer invites new enquiries and you can explore other available companions.
Selection
Will every submitted animal appear on the website?
No. We review submissions for accuracy, authorization, privacy, suitability and capacity. We may ask for missing information or defer publication.
Clear expectations protect volunteers, potential Guardians and the animals themselves. Still have a question? Write to us at hello@apawlogy.com.
