A rotary drum dispensing mechanism delivers 7–9g per portion at ±2g accuracy, removing the estimation variable from every meal. Up to 12 meals per day can be scheduled with minute-level precision across daily, weekly, and custom configurations. Remote and manual dispensing are both supported via the SmartLife app and a double-click button on the unit.

A built-in desiccant cartridge controls humidity inside the hopper — critical in high relative humidity, where kibble absorbs moisture, loses crunch, and develops rancid compounds that pets detect and avoid. A high-density opaque ABS hopper blocks UV and ambient light to prevent lipid photo-oxidation. When a dispense jam is detected, vibration assist activates to dislodge the blockage and a push notification fires to the SmartLife app.

A 1080P Full HD camera with a 120° field of view activates the moment a meal is dispensed, letting you watch your pet eat remotely in real time. Four infrared LEDs provide automatic night vision to 3–5 metres. Built-in two-way audio supports live communication and a 10-second voice message that plays back at mealtimes — a consistent auditory cue shown in veterinary literature to reduce separation-related stress in dogs and cats.

A 4× AA battery backup provides 24–48 hours of continued operation during a power cut, with an automatic app alert when backup power engages.
