The Multi Plan is sized for that reality. Twenty-four filter sets, at the lowest per-box price we offer, delivered in two parts so your cupboard isn't holding a year of stock at once.

How the two deliveries work

Your first three boxes ship straight away.

Your second three ship automatically at around five months — timed to reach you before you run out. We'll email you a week beforehand so you know it's coming. Nothing to confirm, nothing to remember.

Your second delivery is flexible. Before it dispatches, you can:

• Send it early — running through them faster than expected? Say the word and it goes out.
• Push it back — by up to two months, if you're moving slower.
• Send it somewhere else — a new address, a friend with the same fountain, family overseas. Your call.
• Swap it — no longer using an AQUA Spring? We'll exchange the undelivered boxes for another APAWLOGY™ product of the same value.
• Give it away — nominate an animal welfare organization and we'll deliver it there in your name.

Because Multi Plan is priced as a single six-box purchase, the second delivery isn't refundable for cash — but it's yours, and we'll make sure it reaches somewhere useful.

Please keep your delivery address current in your account, since that's where the second delivery goes.

The same filters, in the same four layers

• Pre-filter, high-density PP cotton — catches hair, dust, and food particles before they reach anything else, and protects the pump behind it. In a heavy-shedding household, this layer earns its keep first.
• High-density coconut shell activated carbon — absorbs residual chlorine and the compounds that carry taste and odor.
• Ion exchange resin — reduces dissolved metal ions carried through household plumbing.
• High-density fine mesh — a final pass that catches what the first three left behind.

Four layers, two stages, under 10% flow resistance. Nothing about the filter changes on a plan. Only what you pay and how often you have to think about it.

Why it costs the least

Six boxes across two deliveries, on one transaction, is meaningfully cheaper for us to process and send than six separate orders. That saving is passed straight to you — $6 less per box than buying one at a time.

It isn't a promotion and there's no expiry date on it. The price is the price, on your first order and your fifth.

When to replace

Filter life depends on your household, not the calendar. Singapore's heat and humidity also work your filter harder than cooler climates do.

Whatever your household — replace immediately if you notice reduced flow, visible film on the tray, or cloudiness. Your AQUA Spring will also prompt you through the app.

Running one cat on one AQUA Spring? Twenty-four sets is more than you'll need. Take the Solo Plan instead — three boxes, and it'll see you through close to a year.
